Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect supplier information and documents, and establish supplier information database resources;

2 Carry out preliminary work such as inquiry, price comparison, and selection of high-quality suppliers for various types of procurement;

3. Conduct contract proofreading, editing, straightening, binding and custody work;

4. Do a good job of recording, sorting and filing of various procurement work;

5. Enter the purchased product catalog in the system in time, and update and adjust it;

job requirements:

1. College degree or above in logistics, procurement, marketing and related majors;

2. Have more than 1 year of relevant work experience, familiar with Word / Excle operation;

3. Familiar with the procurement process, familiar with the quality and quotation of the related purchased materials;

4. Possess good ability of judgment and analysis;

5. Have good communication skills;

Salary: 3000-4000 yuan
