The overall process is as follows:

Forklift loading--Automatic labeling and labeling--Machining material on the table top, twisting chain holes, punching, straightener grooves, door back processing--transmitted to the flapper turning plate--automatically transferred to door type processing Center-processing door shape and cutting-after processing, it is pushed to the discharge platform and loaded at the same time. The entire process is completed automatically, with less manual intervention, and production is not prone to errors, which meets the processing requirements of mass production in door panel factories.

2. The equipment can be flexibly matched according to the layout and output of the customer's plant.

3. The connection equipment can be equipped with a three-axis full screw machine (1325X) and a rack machine (1325S). The connection system will be different from that of a single machine.
