Sudiao automatic CNC panel saw is a woodworking cutting machine that can accurately cut panel furniture plates. There are currently three models, SD280, SD330 and SD380.
1. The operation of the control system is safe and reliable, the interface is simple, with complete operation instructions and troubleshooting guidance.
2. Editable management sawing plan, edit management sawing task, simulate execution of sawing, compatible with a variety of sawing optimization software, barcode management software, factory automation software integration.
3. The main saw and the auxiliary saw adopt independent lifting control systems, which can automatically position the sawing stroke according to different sawing heights and widths, reduce empty travel time, and improve work efficiency.
4. The working table adopts pneumatic floating bead table, which can effectively prevent the board from being scratched, and the board moves more easily.
5. Adopting flexible double-finger structure with rubber coating, the minimum splint size can achieve 34 * 45mm.
6. The side leaning adopts the dual-intelligence mode, which automatically switches.
