The double labeling & triple CNC nesting production line is a set of automatic connecting line integrating labeling and cutting. It includes 2 automatic labeling machines, 3 cutting machines, 1 loading cantilever and roller and other auxiliary equipment. On the basis of the same production capacity, it saves people, time and space, and achieves high speed, high efficiency and high quality on the basis of the same production time.

       The double labeling & triple CNC nesting production line is 14.8 meters long and 8.2 meters wide, which is one-third less than that of three single machines.

Production Flow：

　　Two labelers at the front end label automatically. After labeling is completed, three slitters are evenly distributed for slitting. During the distribution process, the plate is always in a suspended state to prevent the plate from being scratched. After cutting, push the material to the conveyor belt, which can manually check the plate-to-ground rolling line or connect the manipulator to the edge sealing line.

　　Compared with a single machine with the same capacity, the double labeling & triple CNC nesting production line not only occupies a small area, but also needs only one person to complete the production, and can realize the cutting of 300-360 plates in eight hours every day. Moreover, compared with other similar connection products, there are no redundant rollers and conveyor belts in the "two-drag-three" connection line, which has lower scratch rate and smaller floor space.
